I like your creative naming process... Though I wouldn't advertise too much.
Just tilting my head, I can see it looks much better with straight reflections as supposed to a straight horizon. Good choice.
Thanks guys, I have another angle I want to shoot the skyline from. It's a bit further away, but with new glass coming I should be able to get the composition that I'm looking for.
There seems to be quite a lot of either noise or compression artifacts in the sky but besides that the photo is nice and I commend you on your naming process.

IMO the best way to get an image right (as relating to being level) is to make all the verticals look vertical (especially those in the middle).
Then the image WILL be level- regardless of what the "horizon" looks like.
That's my default criterion. To vary from that is up to the photographer's ideas.
