Nice shots!

I like seeing the shots nice and tight, but a shot or two pulled back to show the hit would add context to the set.

Cheers

Shooting action sports is WAY different than shooting other sports.
Shooting tight doesn't function the same way as it does in other sports. In basketball, soccer, etc you (as a viewer) know the context of the court, the filed etc in skiing/snowboarding, you don't. As a viewer, you want to be able to tell, where the rider is coming from (the jump), what they are doing in the air (the trick), and where they are going (the landing).

Peak action is definitely something that is tougher to tell especially if you don't know the sport as well.
1 is the best of the action, but the rest are not keepers because of missed grabs

Tack sharp, good lighting, and clean backgrounds, but I concur with sklar. Especially about the missed grabs. 3e is kinda close (looks he is about to grab?) Seems like you have a nice setup, so perhaps you took a few sequences and the next pic has the grab?

I used to film a lot of pro wakeboarding back in the day and if the trick was off even a little bit, we would scrap the footage. It's frustrating, but it's also the athletes calling card because that's what people see.
