Option 1: Use a hair dryer to warm (not scald) the window, then slip a very thin screwdriver or Xacto knive carefully under one edge and lift off.
Option 2: disassemble the lens barrel and push the window out from inside with a finger.
Option 1 has the risk if you aren't careful of tearing the distance scale, which is a very thin piece of plastic, but otherwise is pretty risk free. Option 2 actually is quicker for many lenses if you have experience disassembling, but I wouldn't recommend it if you haven't done it before.
