My daughter recently wanted some Daddy Daughter time by asking me to do an update on some photo's for her. I am not a great people photographer... I know my strengths lie elsewhere... I also am not great at getting the proper poses out of folks... and my daughter is not the best at getting a good vogue on...

all that said, going through our recent shoot... I thought this came out somewhat decent... sure, lots of technicals here and feel free to point them out.... but with the above in mind....

I think this is a great shot. Could use a bit of pop (contrast of some sort) but that's my opinion.
Otherwise I really like everything about it. NIce job. Love the location.

Great shot. Did you try a tighter crop on her? I agree with fstop212 that a bit of POP may be good too.

Made a few edits.... slight change in WB, Whites, shadows etc.... subtle, but hopefully enough, I also cropped a little tighter, but not too much.

I like the second crop. And it's nice you have a model willing to let you practice with her. My daughter is almost two and has better things to do. Lol
