Is there a difference in visibility eye color printing RGB images and CMYK color .
I mean printing pictures at a photo store and calibrated screen.

There's big difference between RGB and CMYK photos, converting photo to CMYK removes vivid colors and makes the photos usually look bit dull.
Proper photography labs process your photos in RGB and there's no reason to convert anything to CMYK.

All photographic labs and processes use RGB, including inkjets which, while loaded with CMYK inks, are designed to receive RGB files — the conversion to CMYK is handled by the printer and NOT the user. If you send a CMYK file to a photo lab or inkjet, you will not be pleased with the result.

Commercial offset printing presses (magazines, catalogs, newspapers) require CMYK input. If you're not prepping for press, you don't need to worry about CMYK.
