Great looking poster Ron. You could take this to another level with various enhancements, but it definitely works as is IMO. You might consider enlarging the text a bit to use up more of that black banner.
The only thing I would consider changing is switching the two end people with the bats with two people holding gloves so the bats aren't cut off, or widen the image.
