p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Sports shooting evolution

Is it a normal process to watch a good play on TV and I find myself now analyzing, almost visualizing where I'd have wanted to be to get that shot, what lens, what angle? Just wondering if this is normal for you seasoned sports shooters.

That and watching the strobes during a basketball game to get a feel for timing.

It's normal, but you'll eventually evolve out of it. I watch sporting events to get away from the grind of work. Now I just enjoy watching the games, it's not such a big deal to analyze it anymore. But, that's me.
