Being across the pond from you I had no idea this was a thing.
Looked it up, don't see anything about it being limited to Nikon purchases. Didn't even think you could do that with a prepaid Visa.
How do I make a purchase with my Nikon Cashback card?
You can make purchases everywhere VisaŠ is accepted. Generally you will be required to use your primary PIN to do this.

I'd keep the card after spending it though, looks like it could be a souvenir, unless they do this kind of thing often.
