I would argue that a modern set of F1.8 primes is a higher priority, simply because they will sell more, which is why we are seeing them pop up. 24mm or 20mm versions might pop up, who knows.
The 200mm micro is a specialist lens, with modest sales, and the current version has excellent optical and mechanical quality. Add VR and AFS and it would most probably get quite a bit bigger, cost more, and have more CA if past trends are anything to go by. I don't think Canon have refreshed their 180mm macro lens.
The fact that we now have an updated 8-400mm lens might suggest more specialist lenses will get a refresh in the next 5 years.
And of course, there is a desperate need for further 18-xxmm DX zoom lenses, which will no doubt take priority.
