Hi,

Photo #1 is of a juvenile Bald Eagle. Yep, the wings are clipped and there is a great amount of backlight, but, you take what you can get sometimes.

Photo #2 is of an adult Bald Eagle. Generally the leading edge of the wings are quite flat, but this eagle turned and his feathers got all "Fluffed-Up". OK, the bird must of been a female.............. Generally, this time of year the sky is overcast, making backgrounds quite white and boring.

Photo #3 is of a drake Mallard that just got in the way of my camera. He's lucky that an eagle didn't take him out.

I like the first one, clipped wings and all. More interesting pic than the more common ones like the second and third pic.
