Thank you Mark. Your taking the time to respond to each post is generous, meaningful, and appreciated. I'm certain I commented on your gull shot when I saw it earlier this year but for the record, it's one of my favourite images on FM ever! Happy New Year to you...

IndyFab - cool gator shot. I like the oversaturation and vignette. Scary!
diverhank - great macro of the bee showing blurred wings along with vivid varied colors. I'm liking the oversaturation in this one too.
dhachey - this is an amazing look inside a Buddhist life. This image tells a story like few photos do. Very well done. The burning incense tops off the image.
Photon - cool carnival image at night. I like how you cropped the bottom of the scene so that just the fireworks and carnival set up remains. It leaves the viewer wondering what's going on with the people underneath.
onegreatcity - you have used the lighting so artistically with the rippling water surface. The silhouette of the duck makes a nice peaceful subject.
robin bush - wow, one of the old timers on FM since 2003! Thanks for honoring us with this soft seascape. Everything came together perfectly in this shot. The sky, water, mountains, and rocks all compliment each other so nicely.
can0nfan2379 - this German Shepherd looks very majestic in this pose. The wide angle plays nice with the clouds and the sepia tone works well here.
narik001 - great silhouette reflection against the striking African sky. I guess you will not have to be penalized for posting two of these beauties.
smmokan16 - this is one amazing rainbow/double rainbow! What a scene, love it.
AmIgone - Incredibly pensive Gorilla image. It seems as though he is looking right through me. You have to wonder what his thoughts are at the moment. Hope he's not thinking you should have bought Nikon!
Eyvind Ness - what a wonderful find. These moments are few and far between and I understand why capturing these two owls is so meaningful for you. Also, great job getting a clear sharp shot at that range and hand held at only 1/125th. Wow, 1200mm and that low of a shutter speed is a testament to your skill.
