How do I reply to a feedback I received? Seller bluntly lied and posted a negative feedback and I can't find a button to reply to it.

You must first reply to his FS thread, then you'll see the 'button' (top right of the page) to Post feedback for ______

Indeed, Ben.... the Dude's negative feedback reads like it's written by somebody who's had a hard time passing his GED.

.... On second thought, maybe he hasn't passed it

bennet, if you paid for it via PP via a credit card (and hopefully NOT via a gift (sic) payment), file a protest or whatever the hell PP calls it, or file a charge back to by way of your CC account. Use as a reason.... SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED.....
