Keep reading of the near magical quality from DP Merrill cameras.

How do they do in 5 second to 5 minute exposures in low light and night exposures?

Do the cameras do this without problem and if so, does the 'magic' hold up in prints from these long exposures?

Max shutter time is 30 seconds.

Not bad at longer exposures in good light, such as using a 10 stop ND to blur water, but if your pushing a 30 second exposure just to get enough light for a night shot, then you can start to see some funky color issues. You can't really pull up the shadows too well on Merrills, they have great highlight recovery ability, but you need a pretty spot on exposure for night shooting.
