The EF adapter is a bit cumbersome and there are some functions which are easy to access on Canon DSLRs, but hard to find on the "M". Switching to 10 sec timer is one example -- I can only access it by hitting the Info button until the full-screen menu comes up, then selecting the icon. It doesn't seem to appear in any other menu.

The big issue is of course "recycle" time, especially when using the flash. From a half-press to shooting one image is quick, but the screen goes black for 4-5 seconds and you can't shoot again until it comes back.

But aside from that, I've been quite happy with it.

from its price ($299), function, IQ, weight and size .. can't beat it!!

except for those techno geeks! that will compare this camera to a 1Dx or M9 ..
