I've been spending the last few months following the Fall raptor migration at Breezy Point, New York. First, the Osprey and American Kestrels moved through. They were followed by the fast moving Sharp-Shins, and Coopers. A lone immature eagle soared high overhead - a rarity for this area. Lastly, Merlins and Northern Harriers migrated. The Sharp-Shins, and Coopers were difficult to distinguish from one another, and they flew low and very fast. Most photos were heavily cropped.
C & C welcome as always.
