Something new.
Even 25+ years ago, the Old Town was being consumed by new sky-rises.
Like Hong Kong, premium land in Singapore is scarce. And through the years both have become international business hubs.
Singapore is especially important as a trade center.
I haven't been back in years- so I don't know if the old China Town or India Town remain.

And the sooner you visit- the better, imo. Who knows how long it will be possible to travel there?
Both are totally fascinating to those who love travel.
