Might not be the right place to post this, so sorry if it's not.
Just trying to learn how to use it.
My question is to anybody that has used one, is if you are in AMBI mode, and
you have set your ISO to whatever you wanted, lets say 400, and the shutter is set to 1/125 and you have pressed the F stop button to get the aperture reading instead of the EV reading, then pressed the meter button on the side to get the reading and you get a F stop reading of F 5.6. and you're wanting to shoot at 2.8, if you toggle the up& down toggle switch on the side and get it to 2.8, is that going to be the correct exposure for shooting at 2.8?
Lets say it now says 1/16 @ F2.8.
Sorry to be so long winded.
thanks for your help.
regards,
Mike A.

You got it right...except, of course, if you started at 1/125 f/5.6 as the starting reading, you could never end up at 1/16 f/2.8

BTW, I own a Autometer Vf, too.
