The mobile site looks great. Love it on my Android phone.

Apparently the site is set up to detect the type of browser whether mobile or desktop. I use Dolphin Browser and have it setup as a desktop browser as I've had issues with websites forcing me to use the mobile function. Is there a way to allow the user to decide what settings to use rather than the website?

At the bottom of the page, there's a button to go from "Standard Version" to "Mobile Version" and vice versa. I realize that I have to go back to "Standard Version" if I want to read reviews....

My stupid iPad doesn't have _ on it so I can't sign on unless I change my online name, losing feedback etc.

And no USB port to boot.

The iPad has the "_" key.
Just press the ".?123" key, then the "#+=" key and finally you will see the "_" key.

If you can't get it to work, let me know when I can change your username without the "_".
You won't loose anything. (feedback, posts, etc.)

BTW: The mobile site has a special template for the iPad but I still prefer the Standard full site on it.
However, the mobile version works well for smartphones and smaller tablets like the iPad mini.

The button isn't there when I have the agent set to desktop or something other than mobile. Dolphin Browser is nice that it lets you set what you want websites to see you as. One time there was a website for an airshow that did not allow mobile devices any access at all. It simply said "Check out this site on your desktop (because we're stupid and behind the times)." Okay, maybe I embellished that a bit. I changed the agent settings to Android so I'll see if I can live with that for my web browsing on my phone.

Is it just me,

or do I need to sign in EACH time I visit the mobile site?

I like the site, but I don't like having to sign in each time...

is there a "remember me" option that I'm missing?

That is why I do and it works quite well.

I have a shortcut icon for the FM Forum and another for FM Reviews on my iPhone.
It works just as fast as an app.

There was a bug in the "Reviews" page login code. This has been corrected now.
