Both of these shots were taken with a TriggerTrap V1, 7D and a pair of Canon 580EX's.

The apple was shot with a .22 short and the bottle with the bullet in the after spray was shot with a .40 S&W.

Looks like you have the technique down and are capturing what you wanted. I'd love to see some black fabric over the flake board to reduce distraction and put the focus on the effect.

That was my plan, get the technique and then start to make them look better. Bad part is I am working in a machine shed, that is really used for machines! Can't work in the basement with real bullets, yet.

I am thinking black plastic table cloth and a largish square of black painted plexi-glass at the back vertical.

I need 1/128th flashes that do not power down to save power... any ideas?
