Apologies for no pictures but this forum seems apt for asking if anyone has figured out a good solution for shooting these types of subjects without lugging heavy DS LR equipment around.

You can shoot it with whatever you want if you don't need perspective control lenses. Tripod, remote release, and a hotshot and away you go

I've done some shooting with NEX-7, Speed Booster, and Canon T/S lenses. It works mostly OK - but the 24mm T/S Mk1 really doesn't have enough sharpness for the crazy Nex-7 sensor. Also I get more distortion due to SB, so one of the advantages of T/S is lessened. For the most part, I'm back at the point of using my 5D2 for architecture.
