Any one knows which Markins ball head matches GT3542LS perfectly?

You'd want the largest size they have, something in the Q20 series. It has only a 48mm ball, but is very smooth. If you need a heavy duty panning base, the BH-55 is a better choice in that regard.

If you have no L bracket, then verticals with non-tripod mount lenses will be a challenge. You may need a center column in that case. It makes no sense not to have an L bracket unless you use only lenses with tripod mounts.
