Nice find. The Technika was the Rolls Royce of the 'technical field cameras'.
I think yours is a Super Technika III from the early 1950's.
Someone on one of the large format forums could probably give you a more
definitive ID on it - it's been a long time since I've seen one.
If you've any interest in large format film, it's definitely worth spending a little time/money on any necessary bellows or shutter repairs.
(The original bellows on those camera were leather which often develops pinholes with age. They're not hard to repair or replace. You might be lucky - the red leather on the body is probably a replacement for the original black covering, and maybe the original bellows were replaced or refurbished as well.)
