I find many of my clients use my images online and really need good video to complete the web page. They understand how important video is in marketing and I am happy to get paid for it. I would welcome a video section. I just did some for a TV station. Funny how I assumed they had all the high end equipment. Guess only for broadcasting as they paid for promo videos and my knowledge of lighting that they were also lacking. Now I have all their billboards and even a commercial showing in my portfolio.
The only video forums I have seen are really into movies and production. I am only into basic marketing and promotion. Not trying to do a feature film, just deliver a good product.
I've got a Canon 60D and recently a 5D III, both of which I have been shooting primarily stills, but getting more and more into video. I've been experimenting with some timelapse and documentary-style, or short-story without actors in my clips. I'm learning so much about post-processing and color grading, which has improved my still photography as well. A forum would be great.
