p.1 #1 · #571 Made in the USA

One of many of the cameras I collect. I consider them all to be relics of a bygone era, but this one especially. And, the only camera I have ever owned that was manufactured in the US.

Thanks for having a look and good luck!

Greg

I had one of these, in the day. It was so much easier before I started thinking about improving my imagery. Good Luck, Jim

Thanks Jim. Yeah, this was the 70's version of a "point and shoot!"

I started with its little brother ... definitely a blast from the past.

I love that you had a roll of film to go with the camera, I remember having a Kodak Brownie camera along with some others from Kodak and even one of the early Polaroid's.

Interesting relic, Greg, my friend! I love the sepia treatment to make it look old. Personally, while I know it is probably part of the old case you have for it, the snap buckle in the background distracts me and takes my eyes out of the frame a bit. Otherwise, it's a terrific shot!

Warm regards,

Endre

Thanks everyone. I debated about the case Endre, but since it's also a relic (sure glad we have better options today), I thought I'd leave it there, but your point is well taken.

Cheers!

The roll of film, and case really complete this image, Greg. Very nice.

the grouping could not be more perfect or well conceived. What a great idea. It's ironic too, in a way; digital bringing film to life...that's so meta!
