coming from a 40D, my fav feature on the 6D is the Min Shutter Speed / Auto ISO
really great being able to set it to 1/250 and let the iso figure it out for me..
way more convenient

I don't have a favourite feature, the 6D is just an excellent, modern ff dslr.

If I had to pick out a few things I like:

Being able to set Ap and SS and let auto ISO find an exposure (although being able to compensate would be great)

Silent Shutter - just wonderful
Great LCD
Small inconspicuous body
Level (albeit only one way)
Q menu (not 6D specific I know)
Lens-specific enhancements
Astonishing high ISO performance in RAW

The GPS and wifi I have not even touched. No interest whatsoever from me although I can see that others would differ.

I agree with David's list. I'll probably use the GPS for the first time in a week or so, when I'm doing landscapes in Labrador.

I really like being able to use EOS utility wirelessly

still trying to work out the bugs. as I cant always get it to connect, but when it does I really like it
I also really like being able to control via EOS remote for iPad

I do wish the HDR feature would output a raw image with a higher dynamic range

Being able to email siblings a shot that I just took of them while standing in line at a convention- letting them pick the shot they like, then running it through a filter, and sending it right then, was pretty cool.

Otherwise, the low-light focusing ability and high-ISO performance along with inexpensive fast lenses like the 50/1.4 and 85/1.8, and even the 40/2.8, was amazing.
