I'm looking for a soft, but secure, grip as arrowed in the picture. Basically, I would like to adapt and attach it to my Kirk macro bracket. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a Stroboframe QuickFlip or a knockoff

Sorry if I wasn't cleared. I'm only looking for the soft grip part or something similar to use as a grip for my Kirk macro bracket. Something that I can use to wrap around the metal part so that I can hold the bracket comfortably.

I'm not looking to buy a flash bracket.

Revised the picture to show the part or something similar that I want.

If you don't end up finding anything exactly like the picture, you could always get some pads intended to fit on tripod legs. You should be able to to find one in a size that is snug and you could also trim the height to fit. If you want to go cheap, grip tape for a tennis racket is pretty comfortable and you can make it as thick as you want.

Thank you both. I'm interested in both options. I'll look into that to see which option would fit my need better.

Pipe wrap at your local hardware store.

Exactly. You can buy it with the right inside diameter and cut it to fit like a glove.

You might consider some "foam" or soft "rubbery" type water pipe insulation. 10 feet might be $2 and just cut off a short length. Lots of extra for replacements.
