I have a canon 35mm f2 that has broken auto focus. A little while back it got jammed and I opened it up to fix it, and I did, but in the process I tore the auto focus wire in half. Basically, all I want to know is: Is it possible to get some new wires and solder them back together to make it work. I read someone that is could work, but I cant find that page anymore. Also, if it is possible, what type of wires do I need? Sorry if this is a dumb question or it is in the wrong thread.
