2. Saying the right to marry whomever you wish is a fundamental right is ridiculous. Would you allow incest? Why not? Who are you to judge? Now should I be forced to photograph said union? What about polygamy? What's wrong with it? Based on what?
3. On a deeper level both science and religion dictate what a proper union should be. Men and women fit. They hook up, babies happen. Bible agrees. Once you step away from that (I'm not saying you shouldn't), there is no barometer to what is marriage or what is a family. If there is no essential concept of marriage, then there is no essential concept of family. What right would one have to raise their own kids as they wish? By what logic? Shouldn't the government know what's best? What if a parent refuses to vaccinate, should their children be taken away? Of course you'll say this has nothing to do with gay marriage, but it does.We have an ingrained culture that families are the best way to raise children, but who says? What's a family? We also had an ingrained culture that marriage is between a man and women...
4. This whole lawsuit thing is ridiculous and embarrassing. It's people looking to get insulted and then suing.
5. Those that say you should never refuse service are generally those who aren't religious, and therefore don't only disagree but they say that religious people must be wrong. Why is that cool? Because you are so sure of your atheism, and the knuckle draggers must be enlightened?

These are all good points and the points made in #2 & #3 boils down to an even simpler question, who has the right to say what is morally right and wrong? Each individual, the Government that one lives under or a creator? Generally, the accepted view is the person who has the biggest stick.
