Not bad at all. They remind me so much of why I personally like Desi weddings w/ all the COLOR and sparkle. But you did request to be "torn to pieces", so here are the nitpicks:

#4- Good candid. But a bit overexposed (to my taste)

#5-7: Everyone is looking down.

#10 is another really good candid.

No images from the barat?
Also, just curious, is #4 part of a Hindu, Sikh or different tradition?

It was a modified ceremony to say the least, I think they may have done something the day before but I was the second shooter for the second day only. I loved the way they did it, just enough pomp and circumstance without being long at all.

I agree with #4, infact I meant to tone it down before posting but I forgot. I have around 500 photos with the bride looking down during the ceremony. I like them, but I wish she had looked up a bit more. Ohh well, still happy with how she looks in the photos.

Perhaps this is the new trend- in my first wedding this year, the bride is looking down in all 10 frames of her walk down the aisle with Dad. Maybe we'll read about it in The Knot or somewhere and some psychologist will explain this phenomenon.

nice set! I would re-title this though because you should no longer consider yourself an 'aspiring' second, after 10 weddings, I think you finally graduated to be a solid second or even dive in and do some of your own weddings

Yea, it is just there as a search string right now. I will drop it soon. (thanks)

There are some really high-level images here. I think your processing fits the mood and style of this wedding and WOW that bride is a knockout! With the quality (good) and amount (small) of images I couldn't really draw any overall conclusions about your work, but here's a few thoughts on individual images:

On this one, I can only tell who the subject is because she's wearing white. The expressions look nice, but it's a bit of a mess compositionally. There's no foreground, background, subject, supporting people, ect... Just have a little more guts next time and get closer to them...

This shot is fine, but not as good as many of the others... It's a good moment, but there's nothing that sets it apart. It's shot from a normal standing perspective and I guess I feel like it just includes too much. More than that though, I have a huge pet peeve for seeing flashes in the shot. Just a preference of mine:

This is the type of shot that this woman's grandkids will see in 50 years and brag about how gorgeous their grandma was. Nice job!

This is really cool to me. The only slight improvement, is I would have waited for a subject in the background (bridesmaids) that were moving a little faster than this. It's a small thing, but I think it would give a little more action and anticipation:

1) This is a nice shot of the altar and guests. I would rather see the bridesmaids walking down the aisle or not have them there at all. Also, I'd try to back up a bit so the top of the columns are completely in the frame and the people on the sides are also within the frame.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-KMVHvgs/2/XL/WHY_6398-XL.jpg

2) Nice standard portrait of the couple. Good separation of the subject and background. I'd probably go portrait orientation on this and get closer.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-p6SwWKN/2/XL/WY2_0358-XL.jpg

3) I guess it's a nice candid, but it just seems like you caught her blinking. In this situation, I'd wait a little longer and catch a great reaction/emotion from her.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-Jh6JM6G/1/XL/WY2_0592-XL.jpg

4) This is a fun shot, but you seem kind of far away. For something like this I'd probably get closer and shot from a lower angle... that's just me, though. Nothing really wrong with the way you shot it, but it's angle that 99% of people with a camera would choose.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-jNBvsRX/1/XL/WY2_0709-XL.jpg

5) Again, nice cadid, but boring/safe angle.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-VZ2RxMR/1/XL/WY2_0797-XL.jpg

6) Shots like this, I like to shoot wide. I like to show people in the aisle and their reactions/actions. Looks like flower petals were being thrown. I'd like to see people on the side enthusiasticly chucking rose petals!

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-xHhJmxS/1/XL/WY2_0860-XL.jpg

7) Nice image. No context. Why is she smiling. What's going on?

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-ZjwCX5q/1/XL/WY2_0863-XL.jpg

8) Great exposure. Love the lighting. I would get closer and compose with only the maid or honor(?) and the couple's reaction.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-2B29JTP/1/XL/WHY_6618-XL.jpg

9) Yeah, this one is again nicely exposed. Perhaps too much depth of field here. It's busy. Crop out the DJ talbe thing in the lower left. When I'm in a reception, I try to zero in on "animated" people that have great emotion.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-3p6t9FF/1/XL/WHY_6720-XL.jpg

10) Nice action shot. A bit too much depth of field for me again... also very "safe" angle of this shot.

http://jamello.smugmug.com/Weddings/Wedding10/i-kg5LzR5/1/XL/WHY_6817-XL.jpg

That's all I have. I tried to look at the images and think of how I would try to shoot it. I constantly try to remind myself of the "safe/boring" angle. I figure if I'm shooting from a location/angle that any shmo with a camera would shoot, I'm not doing my job right.

Hope that helps. If not, feel free to tell me to STFU. Hahaha.!
