+1, there's good reasons to choose the SL1, particularly if AF performance is a criteria. Lens selection is not one of them however.

Do you really belive there is people that buy an AF camera with AF lenses and don't think AF is important

I'd say it's a very good idea, especially in the way you explain your intended use.

Your prerequisites are:
1) have a lot of good, native EF-mount lenses
2) have a 5Dmk2 that you intend to keep
3) need another body, not necessarily the highest end body - but with good image quality

The 100D is a very simple camera body, admittedly with quite a lot of practical limitations in controls and physical sturdiness. But it's almost pocket money, it fits all your lenses without any extra hassle or parts needed, it complements your FF body - AND it has excellent image quality for what

You are aware that Smart Adaptors do provide AF with most EF lenses on NEX bodies, right?

AF is often important, AF performance however isn't necessarily a driving force (if it was, Fuji wouldn't have sold any X mount bodies until the v3 firmware came out). The SL1 offers better AF, especially AF-C, but a NEX-6 and a Smart Adapter offers AF comparable to an EF M with EF mount adapter, which is often adequate for most users.

Yes I'm sure they are comparable with an M body. Or an EOS M with adapter. That camera have a terrible slow and not very accurate AF.
