Hi PhotoFriends,
I have been busy tending to all my flowers since my last thread. My flowers are still popping beautiful color throughout my garden.
I wanted to update you on what is blooming now.
I am so glad the temperature is having a break from Hazy, Hot and Humid! I am sure it will be back very soon.

Helianthus Lemon Queen Close Up (Perennial 7 Feet Tall)
I have four favorite yellow tall perennial flowers.
I have shared three so far in my past threads:
1. Silphium Cup Plant
2. Sweet Coneflower
3. Rudbeckia Laciniata
Here is the last one of the four yellow perennials that is my favorite: "Lemon Queen".
I like having these yellow flowers because they come in bloom when my red Monarda (BeeBalm) is dying off.

Another cool thing about Lemon Queen is the American Gold Finch love eating their seeds.

Crocosmia (Vertical)
My New Addition to my garden...
I was looking to buy more Montibretia this Spring since my Hummingbirds seemed to like this second best to my Monarda. Since I couldn't find any the nursery said try Crocosmia, it is very similar to Montibretia. Karl verified that with me too at the forum Thank you Karl!
My Hummingbirds do like it. I did get my first photo of a Hummer on it but it was blurry I will try again tomorrow.
This type flower is so hard to capture. I was glad to finally get something I could share with you all.

My Summer Phlox
Here you can see behind my pink Summer Phlox my big garden bed where all my red Monarda was in June. The Monarda is about all gone now and in its place are the taller yellow perennials. This time of year the butterflies come in hordes.

A QUIZ!
It is always fun to have a quiz.
What is the name of this flower? I know. Do you? Have fun!
