I don't think that's the lowest price the GT2541 ever went for. Furthermore, you don't really get a $200 rebate in cash. You'll only get back the money in a prepaid visa.

I paid full price for mine.
The 2541 is a great light tripod. I always carry it along complementing my GT3541L.

Haha! That's true, but the prepaid visa have an expiry date while cash doesn't.

And you don't belive people gonna spend $ 200 in the next 12 months You can spend those $ 200 in every place that accept a Visa card. That's about everywhere

I've had two of the Visa prepaid cards with Gitzo purchases and the only time I've had a bit of difficulty is with one or two online stores. But any bricks & mortar retail outlet should accept the card if there's a Visa sticker on the door.
