Great concept and execution of the story! I would like to see this converted and "aged" in black and white.

These are fantastic, it looks like you put a lot of effort into this. I'm not sure if you wanted feedback or not, but I actually think you could cut it down a little to have even more impact and reduce some of the repetitive pictures. What would you think about dropping 4,6,8,9,11,12 and 14, then you have it at under 10 pictures and still tell the same story? Not that those are bad or anything, but I didn't think they added additional info.

Oh, and the smile on the old dude in 13, awesome.

Thanks for sharing.

nice set, I want to see the car actually in motion though - ideally they should be driving and you would be in a chase car shooting from there to get some motion in the shot

Thanks David and food for thought with the numbers. Feedback is welcome and appreciated. He's smirking in #13 like a cat in a fish shop

Thanks Langran and I agree. It was intended as an alternative option to get shots as you suggest with background motion blur but was rushed with light quickly running out and gave it a miss.

Thanks sachman. Old habits with the story telling from a past in country press photography. The period dress took some getting with the 20's back in vogue again with Gatsby. I see you're in Sydney. This was shot in Far North West NSW.

Thanks douter. I wanted to retain the period colours but I agree, b&w is always ageless and would suit the theme nonetheless.

A couple in b&w not used in the gallery.

The girls rehearsing their flirting.

And an alternative version of the last shot

Thanks to all others for their comments.

You could have left the old guy out completely. He seems totally extraneous to me. Was he in cahoots with the gals to begin with? The old guy just bring a whole lot of questions without adding any clarity.

I do agree the B&W is far better.

He was a required inclusion for the job and as such used as the car driver/hired help for the two young gentlemen. His 'Cheshire cat' grin in #13 gives only a subtle hint to his motives, allowing the viewer to determine if he was in cahoots with the gals to begin with. Thanks for the comments.
