In Photoshop proper? There are no Overexposure or Underexposure indicators in Photoshop itself; they are only present in Adobe Camera Raw and Lightroom.
To turn it off the Overexposure indicator in Adobe Camera Raw press the "O" key; for the underexposure indicator press "U". They can also be turned off/on by clicking directly on the triangles in the upper left and right corners of the histogram.
In Lightroom the keyboard command is different; the "J" key turns off/on both indicators.
