It's not bad for a first attempt. To me though, the red looks a little plastic-sheen-wise and does not seem to have the same lighting characteristics to make it beyond a composite.

What throws me is not only the difference in color, but the difference in texture. The model's skin is without significant highlights (or shine) which contrasts too greatly with the sheen of the added artwork.

I'd approach merging the graphic artwork and the model the same way I'd approach a normal composite--make sure to blend and match the style, look, feel, color, tone and texture into one cohesive piece of art.

For example, if the model was wearing wardrobe elements with a shine (latex, spandex, shiny metal, large jewelry, etc.) the elements would be easier to merge without a complete rework of the skin in post. Just a thought...
