p.1 #1 · Big Falls At Burlington Gorge

After the Fathers Day BBQ I took advantage of the darkening skies to run to Burlington to check on the water flow. Surprisingly with all the rain things were back to normal.
A four frame pano of the big falls...

The long (environmental) view, another four frame pano. Minus a couple of trees it has potential.

As always C&C is welcome and appreciated.

Mike,
The 1st one is beautiful, love the dark tones on the right side.

Hi Mike,

Really nice pair you have here. I really enjoy the depth and comp of #2. Nicely seen.

Hey Mike,

That is one cool area. I like #1 the best. #2 has a nice flow of water but the bottom of the water on the lower left feels a bit cut off for some reason.

Thanks Sunny, I was afraid I was going to lose that right side as the frame originally had a different color cast than the others but I figured it out.

Glad you enjoyed them John. The nice thing about panos is that it's kind of like focus stacking in that the focus is at a different spot for each frame which improved the DOF.

Appreciate the comment Jim. You're right about the lower left being cut off. I probably should have either left that frame off or added one.
Nice work Mike!
Thanks Den, if this weather ever settles down we need to get together for some shooting.
