It's nice seeing single shots like this processed so well. I know it doesn't matter but pulling out great exposures without blending multiple exp. somehow warms my soul. Great shot. Rick

Yeah alot easier as well. I'm trying to get a Nikon D600 or D800 the dynamic range in those will make it possible in almost every shot. Kinda disappointed in Canon 5DM2 dynamic range and really disappointed with the shadow noise. The shadow noise alone made me wanna switch, back to the good ol Black and gold

Beautiful shot, love the colours. I need to look more into double processing a single file.
Pretty simple if you think about it process one for foreground and one for sky. Using a mask paint in the foreground adjusting the opacity as needed. Hope this helps. Take care.

Really NICE light and capture. But is that really Encinitas? Did I miss something?
Definitely not Encinitas although would be really cool if it was This was taken in Oregon, I need to change my profile location. I've lived up here for a couple years now
