So I put my 17-40 for sale a few weeks back, and a FM member asked me to take pics and put his name on it to know that I was legit and real. I checked his profile and he was new and had zero posts, and no history. I thought it odd that someone with zero history was asking me, but I think I wanted to get rid of the 17-40 so I played his little game.

Emailed the bloke, and he didn't even reply with thanks or anything. Just disappeared off the planet. So the more I think of it, the more I realized he's probably scamming some poor fellow looking to buy a 17-40 out there and he now claims he has one. Ugg.. what's wrong with FM these days?
