I'm still a bit suspicious about DxO's lens tests. They were the outfit that said the 16-35 edges became blurrier stopping down from f/2.8 to f/5.6 and that at 200mm f/2.8 that the 70-200 2.8 IS was best and 70-200 non-IS middle and 70-200 2.8 IS II the worst and that the 70-300 non-L was sharper at 300mm than the 70-300L and close to the 300 f/4 prime and so on.
They did redo their charts a bit, maybe they re-did everything with a better method this time, but man their original lens tests had endless bizarre results.
