I dont think the shot is anything sensational or even 'good' on its own, but it is very reflective of this wedding day. The venue was a restaurant and it was a Sunday afternoon wedding with almost no dancing. It was mainly a quick ceremony...cocktail hour...dinner (with a first dance/speech/parent dances). On the real, its totally cool that you would discard it...i wouldnt blame you...you gotta do for you.
I was not dissing the shot at all. I was more looking for insight as to WHY you shot it in the first place, and then why you found it powerful enough to sit along the rest of these shots. I am really bad at 'seeing'/ finding shots that just show the environment. I cull/hate most of mine and am finding that I am shooting less and less of them because I do not see anything in them.
