All this beauty in 14 minutes at Nickerson Beach, Long Beach Island, New York on Saturday Morning. And guess what, I stayed for 4.5 hours so imaging how many photos I took.
March through May featured a few dozen oystercatchers. Now a few thousand black skimmers and a few hundred terns have joined them on this small section of the barrio island. There were about ½ dozen photographers on the beach at sunrise. They were followed by joggers and by 9am the sun bathers and swimmers were arriving as I packed up and drove home for breakfast.
Comments and suggestions welcome,
Morris
