The water makes the shot. I might take a sliver off the top to bring the focus down to the water just a bit more.

Two or three slivers off the top, and mid tones for the tree/bank/sky ... leaving everything between the banks more dynamic than the rest.

Every time I bring the top down,it feels cramped,,especially the left side. and I like the tree on the left side and the bank more
