While we were shooting mostly big cats we did get the chance to snap a lot of birds too - they are very diverse and beautiful colors - and types - here are a few for you enjoyment

Very nice Marcy...getting the LBR and the superb starling in one shot is pretty cool...each on its own is a stunning bird.
It is often difficult when the focus is cats to shoot birds but that is what sets Africa apart as a wildlife experience...there are just so many target species that any day may give you something special and unexpected...
