While I would have loved to have the sun fall on the top of the head and bathe the whole face in such gorgeous light I was reluctant to reposition her...supermodels can be frightfully contentious I am told.

What is the cat looking at? Obviously, the photog didn't grab her attention. A good looking image Eric.
I take a personal affront to that Ken! There's always something that these cats see that we don't...usually its the McDonalds of the bush (impala) that draws their attention. Thanks!

Oh I would have been wishing to sun to move!!! Cool shot Eric, I like the fact that the partial like makes the mind start to engage. Still I keep thinking of what she must look like bathed in that light!
The Peanut Gallery thinks this is a swell picture.
Eric- On average- about how long do the leopards take to (mostly) ignore you when you drive up to them?
My guess is a few minutes only, because foul-smelling things (not you- I mean the vehicle ) are not a new thing for them. Not common- but not rare either.
And as long as your stick doesn't belch fire- they have no particular reason to fear you.

Another great shot...I guess some models you can move, and some you can't...having that light fall across her head would've been fantastic...but not a shot worth giving your right arm over.
