I have a Sony e mount 18-200mm lens that has some slight damage to the outer casing and I would like to get this repaired. Does anyone know how to contact Sony about this?
Have you tried going through support on their website? As I understand it, most US repairs go to their facility in Laredo, TX, but you need to open a case with support first. That's all second-hand information, as I've never had to use them, so I hope it's accurate and helpful.
I have had occasion to use Sony's support facility in Texas two different times.The service is amazing. Great communications, rapid turn around and great work.
