Since you all are always so fun strolling my lakes with me, I would like to have you take a stroll through my flower garden as it starts to bloom. Around the 4th of July its at its prettiest!
In the month of May I finally start seeing some of my perennial flowers start to bloom. I have a perennial flower garden with around 235 different flowers. One day I decided to count them Whew, what a job! I keep a flower tally sheet in alphabetical order of all their names. I am always digging holes! I think the most flowers in my garden are BeeBalm, Summer Phlox and Lemon Queen. I just love them together.
The past few years I have been taking close up photos of every flower and color for my flower book to be! They were documentary pictures so one day I could put them all together in a book. Now I am going to start photographing them in an artsy way! So these three pictures are my first experiments. I am in the learning process. So have patience with me! Hopefully with all your help I will improve!
As Always, thanks for taking a stroll. There is not a large selection in May. It's been a cool Spring. But soon all the colors will be popping so beautifully!

I like the Clematis shot, entertaining look to it.
fun play to the shot of the Iris, rustic feel
Delphinium is soft and moody
Lots in bloom, good things to come I am sure!

Karl thank you for taking a look!
You described my three flowers exactly!
I wanted the iris to look rustic ;-)
I have all the different colors of BeeBalm except for white. I can't find anyone who sells it. I notice my hummers turn their noses up at all my colors of BeeBalm except for the real fire engine red color. My red beebalms are 6 feet tall!
Thanks again!
