I'm using Extreme Pro SC cards. I woudl like to buy a card reader that can take advantage of that speed when importing to Lightroom. Thanks for the advice.

like I said in another thread I have a built in reader on my laptop that is a direct hookup to the PCIe bus which will be faster then just about any external I/O. the max I get using this is currently AVG 65MB/s or so using the 95MB/s Ext Pro. 39MB/s out of the older or extreme 45MB/s model. that's pretty good for SDxx which is only learning what the word performance means. yes I do own a camera that uses them one of the few disappointmentson a excellent body.
