Nice landscape and cloudscape in #2. #1 looks crazy! Of course it has a strange look to it and cropping the extreme sides of lessens the oddity but I kind of like the unique view.
I like the concept and the composition of the first one a lot. The way the blue center is off center bugs me a little bit, but I suspect that's not from any concious decision you made.... the trees on the left are taller than the ones on the right?

The trees on the right are further away. Tricky to frame it as I wanted the one tree in the centre to hold the composition when viewed horizontally.
Thanks for all the comments! I know the 1st isnt the easiest panoramic to look at, but we cant keep doing the same old hey?
As for the 2nd being washed out, hold your hand over the left 1/4, doesnt look washed out to me? any more pop and it would look very unrealistic?
#1 is so very cool! Way to go on that one. I like your creativity with it. #2 is a very nice scene, very cool clouds in it. I agree, my first thought was that the left side of the sky was blown out. I am not sure if any of the clouds detail can be recovered, that might be nice, but I can also see where it might not look natural then. A non photographer probably wouldn't be bothered by the slight burning out since the sun is obviously there.
