Truly amazing to see the 4 parts of this magnificent sequence.
How long did the emergence take ? How long for the wings to dry? I watched a butterfly emerge and it only took less than 4 seconds. However, it took over one hour for the wings to unfold and dry.

Thanks Birdie.
I took about 40 mins to get out of the skin but then another 2 hours for wing elongation, abdomen elongation and a bit of drying before ready for the first flight.
