Yeah a couple of those features look very interesting .
I must say I'd be more than happy with a Lightroom syncable solution that let me just view and sort plus maybe crop etc. Everything I've tried so far seems to have an issue.
Photosmith seems a great sort/rate app . But I'm yet to get thru a session where it hasn't crashed(more than a few times each session usually) And syncing it with LR has been a pain to get to work well enough .
Shuttersnitch has a great plugin that lets you rate your images on the iPad and then send yourself a text email which would then sync with LR .
But it has to have the exact filenames to work , and unless you use a wifi card to get the images into snitch that's where it fails . If you let snitch import from the photos app it changes the filename . After emailing snitch support they say the issue is with apple and that any app that imports from the phot's app does this , which is wrong as I have other apps that manage to keep the filenames intact.
Roll on LR for iPad. Lets hope it does what they were indicating it could do .

That will be awesome. I use PhotoRAW right now, and it does a decent enough job converting the RAW files, provided you don't need to make major adjustments...it doesn't seem to access the extra data well.
It'll be really nice to get the same conversion I'd get at home (with some restrictions, I'm sure), at least as far as the rendering engine goes.
